Arvind Sharma Arya
Lead Teacher & Co-Founder
A seasoned yoga educator with a Bachelor of Yogic Science from SVYASA and a Himalaya Yoga Olympiad medalist (2008, 2009). Arya's teaching spans India, China, and Singapore, blending anatomical awareness with intuitive sequencing across Vinyasa, Hatha, Power, Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Pranayama.
Sonal Mahajan
Yoga, Pilates & Barre Instructor
With over 10 years of Singapore-based teaching experience, Sonal specialises in backbend mobility and deep stretching. She holds certifications in Yoga Alliance 200-Hour, Prenatal & Postnatal, Pilates Reformer, Barre, and Kids Yoga.
Jessie Yap
Yoga & Pilates Instructor
Certified since 2011, Jessie blends fluid yoga flow with deliberate alignment. She holds 200-hour Hatha, Yin, Prenatal, and Aerial Yoga certifications, plus Pilates mat and Reformer credentials, creating inclusive classes for all levels.
Henry Phua
Yin Yoga & Sound Healing Teacher
With nearly 20 years of experience, Henry specialises in calming practices including Yin Yoga and sound healing using singing bowls. He holds 200-Hour YTT, 100-Hour Ashtanga YTT, and 200-Hour Yin Yoga YTT certifications.
Lilian Lim-Hogan
Yoga Instructor
With over a decade of practice and a 300-hour YTTC certification, Lilian combines her gym and weightlifting background with yoga to balance strength and flexibility, emphasising mindful movement and conscious breathing.
Mindy Khoo
Yoga Instructor
Mindy holds a 200-hour YTT certification (2020) and is passionate about helping students maximise the benefits of each pose while fostering deeper self-understanding and growth in their practice.
